Davis, President of the Davis Emergency Equipment Company, manufacturers of gas masks, is in my office. One of his field people reported it to him that "Arepresentative of General Motors was going around the Pacific Coast advising oil companies not to use masks of his company but only the All-Service masks". I told Mr. Davis that we consider you have more experience with what equipment should be used in the handling of concentrated ETHYLfluid than anyone else and we certainly would not interfere with any advice that you wish to give to our oil refining customers on this point. , He has asked me to ascertain from you exactly what you^th^nk is the best material to be used in the manufacture of gas^cannisters in connection with handling our product and if you will furnish this advice, he then will instruct his salesmen to only attempt to sell the cannisters that you consider the best to bb used.
