(I) Vinyl Chloride Concentrations in Vents: 61*70(c) (1) , 61.64, 61.65 There are no vents to the atmosphere. All venting is
routed to the Island Powerhouse for incineration. Control Device (Incineration, Island Powerhouse): The
continuous monitor shows that the vinyl chloride concentration in the vent from the control device is always well below 10 ppm.
There was no production involving the use of vinyl chloride during the report period.
