Based on the representations that you made on behalf of EEI In your July 30, 1993 latter, together with the copy of the 197$ Employee Injury Experience Report that you eent us, we agrae to withdraw Westlnghouses subpoena of EEZ, dated July 13, 1993. in addition, we will file a responee to BBI's motion to quash the subpoena in the District Court at the beginning of next weeh, indicating that the aubpoena has been withdrawn and that, accordingly, ESZ's motion is moots
