The topics for discussion on our side would be the NSPS OOOOa rule-making, Superfund cleanup sediment policy, the American Burying Beetle/ESA issue and its impact on the oil and gas sector, and EPA participation in FERC-led natural gas project permitting NEPA analyses. As one of the largest midstream companies in North America, we would also be happy to discuss anything on the Administrator's mind.
