Thanks Doug, I think Bob Arnott may have an interesting idea regarding research and development related to mine cleanups. You might remember Bob, used to have Martha Rudolph's job before Tom Looby, when tom Vernon ran the department, and served on the aqcc.
I also think I may have a bunch of Audit privilege files going back to enactment of Colorado's statue in 94, and corresponding discussion between the state and EPA.
