Hi Millan,
Sam is the manager who I work with at Tony Cheng's to coordinate logistics at the restaurant.
Leonard is attending; I have not heard back from Jonathan Bunch, so I am not sure he will attend.
We begin eating at 12:05 - 12:10, we will eat until about 12:35 - 12:40, which is when the address begins. Most of the eating is done by the time the address begins.
If he arrives at 12:30, the attendees will be eating, but most will be done when he begins speaking at about 12:40.
