(Viatris) EPA ID: PRD0901144709 Dear Mr. Jose Aleman: The U.S. Environmental Protecon Agency (EPA) is charged with the protecon of human health and the environment under Secon 3008 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservaon and Recovery Act (RCRA) of 1976 and the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HWSA) of 1984, 42 U.S.C. 6901, 6928. This request for informaon is made pursuant to the provisions of Secon 3007 of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. 6927, which requires that you provide the informaon requested in Enclosure I to this leter using the instrucons and definions included in Enclosure II. This informaon is required to evaluate the full regulatory and compliance status of the facility. The informaon requested in Enclosure I must be submited no later than thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of this leter. Requests for addional me to provide the informaon requested in Enclosure I must be jusfied and must be made in wring within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of this leter. The response must be signed by a responsible official or agent of your facility, using the form in Enclosure III to this leter. Failure to respond to this leter truthfully and accurately within the me provided may subject you to sancons authorized by federal law, including but not limited to a potenal enforcement acon pursuant to Secon 3008 of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. 6928, including the assessment of a monetary penalty. Please also note that all informaon you provide may be used in an administrave, civil judicial or criminal acon. This informaon is not subject to the requirements of the Paperwork Reducon Act as amended, 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.
