Your application was submitted in response to the Fiscal Years 2022, 2023, and 2024 Prioritization Process Pilot Program NOFO (693JJ324NF00010) that was issued on February 22, 2024 and closed on May 1, 2024. Please note that this email is not an authorization to begin work. For each selected PPPP project, USDOT and the selected applicant organization must establish and execute a signed, mutually agreed upon grant agreement prior to the disbursement of award funds. Costs incurred before USDOT signs and executes the individual grant agreement and obligates the fun( will not be reimbursed. Unless authorized by USDOT in writing, any costs incurred prior to that obligation of funds for a project (i.e., "pre-award costs") are ineligible for reimbursement ar may be ineligible to count towards non-Federal match requirements.
