The group would appreciate the chance to discuss the status of the WOTUS rule, and matters related to the RFS. Our schedule on the 21st has filled up, but we do still have availability on the 22"dat 9:00 and 10:30.

Mr. Wagner,
We had the chance to meet in December during the combined Region 7 & 8 meetings in Denver. I am reaching out hoping you can help assist us with an upcoming event that we are hosting in Washington D.C.
June 21st and 22nd leadership from the Nebraska Department of Agriculture and Nebraska agriculture organizations will be participating in meetings in Washington D.C. During our time in D.C. we are arranging meetings with several of the President Trump's administrative branches to discuss topics relevant to Nebraska's agriculture industry. We are hoping to include time on our agenda to meet with leadership from EPA. Of course, we would appreciate the chance to visit with Administrator Pruitt, but would also be pleased to meet with yourself or others that would be interested in meeting with our group.
The Nebraska Director of Agriculture Steve Wellman will be leading the delegation. We anticipate senior board and staff leadership from Nebraska Farm Bureau, Nebraska Corn Board, Nebraska Soybean Board, Nebraska Cattlemen, Nebraska Pork Producers, Nebraska Dry Bean Growers and other relevant industry groups.
We have time available on June 21st; 9:30, 2:30, 4:00 and June 22nd; 9:00, 10:30 and 4:00.
I look forward to hearing from you, and am hopefully we can include time with EPA during our visit to D.C.
