started recently with the Nati onal Corn Growers Associ ati o n , worki ng on ethanol~ poli cy issues. I need
to reach out to EPA poli cy staff on a couple of issues, but wanted to make sure I 'm contacti ng the

We are interested in meeti ng with EPA poli cy staff about two priority issues for corn growers, the RVP
wavi e r for ethanol blends greater than 10 percent (Admi ni strator Pruitt made comments on thi s issue 1ast
week) and updating EPA's 1ifecycle analysi s for ethanol . Do you know whether Mandy Gunasekara in the
poli cy offi ce would be the best contact for these two issues?
