We previously discussed arranging a meeting between Rosebud and some of the newer representatives at the EPA. You know Rosebud well, but others at the EPA probably do not. We were hoping to give a little background about Rosebud, discuss some higher level issues involving the industry, and perhaps dive into some more specific EPA-related issues impacting Rosebud. Attached please find an outline that Rosebud created for the potential meeting. Part A of the outline includes general topics of discussion that are higher level and are of some interest to Rosebud's management. Part B of the outline identifies the more specific issues that have been challenges to Rosebud, but that Rosebud believes could be overcome.
We would love the opportunity to discuss these ideas in more detail with you. John St. Clair, in particular, could drill down into some of the attached ideas and hopefully provide input that could make the regulatory process more efficient for everyone. After you've had the chance to review this, perhaps we could set up a time to speak in more detail.
