This I am sure was no easy task as we moved from plenary to peer review to business meetings. The success of the meeting was ultimately a reflection of the quality of the science, the investigators, the peer reviewers, and the process that had been in the works for a few years. However, the API staff should be commended for their efforts for putting the meeting together so that scientific and programmatic discussion time was optimized.
