Michelle and Sydney,
It was good to see the two of you on Thursday. I asked Scott if he would be willing to be the keynote speaker for the BG Products, Inc. International Sales Convention, Oct. 23, 2017 in Nashville. He said he would do it if his schedule was open, so that is the purpose of my email. I have worked for BG for 35 years and so much of our business, the automotive industry, is tied to EPA regulations that having Scott here would be a good fit.
Angela and I will be there so we'd like Marlyn to accompany him. They could arrive on Sunday, Oct. 22nd, spend the night in Nashville and Scott would speak at about 10am on Oct. 23rd. I envision a 30 minute speech followed by about 45 minutes of Q & A. We usually have about 250 people from North America and about 50 others from around the world.
I would appreciate it if you could fit this into his schedule. Let me know what other details you need from me at this time. We will be staying at a golf resort in Nashville. We will cover all the expenses for Marlyn. (We'll cover the expenses for Scott, too...but I don't know if that is allowed or not.)

This far out, we are a little flexible. The morning of Oct. 23rdis best, but if it works out better for Scott's schedule he could speak on Oct. 24 or 25.
