Eby The SHAC Central Files Recent incidents indicate the need for a careful study of the plant standards/procedures/practices related to plant utility stations PLAINTIFF'S EXHIBIT hoses, couplings and their use. Therefore, the SHAC has appointed the addressees as a committee, with Mr. Stockwell as Chairman, whose charter is: 1. Develop a standard design for utility stations. 2. Develop a standard means for attaching utility hoses to fittings (crows feet, N2 couplings, steam couplings etc). 3. Develop a standard for securing/locking crows feet couplings in the connected position. SHAC requests feedback concerning targeted completion date. The undersigned SHAC member will be your contact.
