1997 CMP SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAM SAFETY TEAMS SAFETY TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES The program will be based on team responsibility.All personnel will participate fully in the Safety and Environmental Program. All personnel in the plant will be assigned to specific safety teams. Team members will receive incentives if their team meets all of the following: No team member held responsible for or involved in causing a behavior based injury. No team member held responsible for or involved in causing a behavior based PSA (Potentially Serious Accident) incident of any kind. No team member held responsible for a compliance item not being complete, C9/E9 No team member responsible for a Red Tag infraction of any kind. All team members attend all quarterly safety meetings. Any team member unable to attend one of the scheduled meetings must make-up that quarter's meeting. All teams will be represented at the quarterly Safety Committee Meetings by the team's committee representative or a substitute when necessary. The team must complete the housekeeping audit for the months assigned to the team. There will be no Waste Pak infractions attributed to any team member. There will be no behavior based spills attributed to any team member. All team members will have their Safety and Environmental Training done on time. The shift teams will coordinate and document one emergency drill in the assigned quarter. 1st Quarter A Team 3rd Quarter C Team 2nd Quarter B Team 4th Quarter D Team If all of the above items are fully complied with, each member of the qualifying team will receive and award yet to be determined. If any member on a given team does not fully satisfy all of the criteria set forth above, then none of the fellow team members will be eligible for an award. DO 00R3B0 1997 CMP SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAM SAFETY MEETINGS Safety meetings will be held quarterly January, April, July, and October Limited to one hour in length Safety coordinator to prepare meeting agendas with input from teams for content. Safety stats, safety incidents, and environmental concerns will be included in all meetings. Staff will assist in facilitating safety meetings Meetings to be held in the control room at 12:15 on scheduled dates SAFETY COMMITTEE MEMBERS Membership for the committee will follow the guidelines of the ISB Methanes Team Organization.
