Note that the governing body for the air-pollution regulations here is Allegheny County. You will have different regulations which to follow. The contractor that satisfactorily carried out this work, as well as a previous, larger job, in the Alcoa Bldg, was Samtek, Inc., 112 Kountz Rd., Freeport, PA. Allegheny County requires that air-monitoring, etc. be carried out by an independent consultant.
