You further indicated that disposal should he or will be made in a manner which will preclude any environmental contamination or exposure to humans or domestic animals. In this situation the word "certify" is rather strong, but we have taken all known precautions to be positive that no shipments are made after the agreed-on deadlines. Even though we have had many written and verbal communica tions with all domestic plants and warehouses and all foreign Monsanto locations, we have followed with a final communique to again remind all locations of this limitation. In addition,, each location has been advised of disposition of any remaining inventory to avoid any environmental or other contamination.
