A copy of the inspection report, inclusive of appurtenant appendices are attached to this email. EPA will use this report to determine your facility's compliance with the applicable CWA/NPDES regulations. Please review the report, note the areas of concern (AOCs), and take any actions necessary to ensure compliance. The attached CEI report will be posted to EPA's public website 10 days from the date of this email. Thank you for the cooperation extended to EPA personnel while at this facility.
