We are in the process of refining the graphics (e.g., we still need to format the Wednesday evening text), but the substance of the brochure should be essentially correct. We propose to go to print with the brochure next week--perhaps Wednesday or Thursday--and, therefore, ask that each of you review the portions of the brochure pertinent to you and, by close of business on Tuesday of next week, please inform my secretary, Trudi, copied on this email, if there are any corrections or revisions we should make. Points to check include: spelling of names of individuals and law firms or other affiliations; speakers' titles--for those in government; topic titles and subtitles; and sponsor names. As you will note, we've made a few changes to the prior agenda to account for the fact that EPA Deputy Administrator Andrew Wheeler is considering participating in this year's program. If you're coming in from out of town, please make your hotel reservations soon because our block fills quickly. Information regarding hotel registration is found in the draft brochure.
