As you will see, our slides focus on: (1) the CERCLA Listing of PFOA/PFOA, and (2) an ongoing analysis of the Loper Bright regulatory framework (including a technical case study of the CERCLA Listing, PFAS MCL, and PM NAAQS). We also have included in an Appendix to the slides some supplemental background material related to the CERCLA listing and the beneficial land application of paper mill residuals.
