The procedure incorporates the requirement that the treated supem ate will not be discharged through the existing ammonium perfluorooctanoaie (FC-143) reduction filter system to Outlet COS unless the concentration of FC-143 is less than 10 parts per mfflfon (ppm). In addition, testing will b e performed to assure that sufficient Triton has been-removed so foam will not be "xpected to form when water is discharged through Outlet 005 to the Ohio River. During the treated supem ate discharge, the trench leading to Outlet 005 will be monitored iorfoammg and visible solids. Due to the proprietary information contained herein please consider this letter and the attached document as "Confidential" information.
