Mr- M. G, Jacko, of Bendix, found out from Mr. W. Bergman of a Product Development group th a t we are doing sim ilar work, and contacted us by phone, requesting a meeting to exchange ideas on measurement techniques. After giving h e ll to Mr. Bergman and his manager for disclosing such information without our or your approval, I referred this request to Mr. Marande, who obtained Mr. Jensen*s QK to proceed with th is exchange of information. The in te n t would be to discuss t e s t procedures only, and not resu lts. Preliminary to meeting with Mr- Jacko, we requested th a t they sign our standard Confidential Disclosure Waiver. They complied, but requested that we sign t h e ir equivalent form, here enclosed, which is much longer and compli cated, and seems a l i t t l e out of place in the p resent context.
