The sediment did not continue to a receiving water. Some of the fence was damaged, and the riprap was irregularly covering the surface. The Manual for Erosion and Sediment Control in Georgia, 2016 edition, has proper design information for outfall structures. The smaller outlet on the right discharges from the roadside ditch. This is a view of the incompletely stabilized northerly wall of the basin and the three inlet structures from the phase 2 area. Improper rock installation was causing partial plugging of the pipe closest to the photographer. To the photographers left is a cut channel from the higher basin to the lower basin.
