We should use the same process for each requester and the information we get from the form is important in making a determination. For instance, the letter states that "NCAI and its partners would like to meet with you" but we don't have a list of expected participants. Nor do we have any information regarding possible representation of any expected participants by BHFS. If you could please ask the requester to complete the form, I would appreciate it.
