My colleagues and I are from Xavier University and we are students researching methods to decrease costs on our sewer district in Hamilton County, OH. We would like to set up a meeting regarding a congressional bill that should be reintroduced into Congress. This bill is called the Clean Water Compliance and Affordability Act, S.2358. It would be helpful to discuss the bill with the EPA because it has direct effect on your agency. We will be in D.C. from March 27-28 and would like to schedule a time within that span.
