Murry Davi'^ DATE SUBJECT October 10, 1974 Safety Meeting At 7:30 A.M. on Thursday, October 10, 1974, a safety meeting was conducted by the writer and Dr. Lovejoy to discuss VCM and VDCM with production employees from the Organics Area and Shipping Department. They were informed of the results of the biological, personnel and area monitoring that has been done. Dr. Lovejoy reassured them that there has been no physical problems detected that would indicate over exposure. They were told of the new permanent VCM Standards and were asked to help us meet these standards by good operating procedures. Respiratory protection was discussed. During the meeting the possible hazards of VDCM was briefly discussed apd they were asked- to take the same safety precautions while handling it as th| do with VCM.
