The meeting will be hosted by ConocoPhillips. * The Technical Committee Finance Subcommittee will submit the 4Q04 Financial Report and Fudan Budget Analysis to the Oversight Committee at the April meeting. * The new Fudan University contract has been written and will be executed in April. * Dr. Irons submitted the DP/ME Progress report on March 8th. The report is posted on the Technical page. * The March 29, 2005 Committee Chair minutes are posted on the Committee Chair page. * The Technical Committee had conference calls with Drs. Fu and Irons in March and have scheduled a call with Dr. Wong in April. * The Technical Committee had conference calls on March 11 th and 31 st. Final minutes will be posted on the Technical page upon receipt. * The Technical Committee minutes from December and January have been finalized and posted on the Technical page. * SHS Publications have been posted on the homepage of the website. * A contract with Dr. Krieger was finalized and executed.
