At that time we were not sure what specific regulations the guaranty dealt with. You were sent MSDSs for the applicable products and asked to provide us with an explanation of the guaranty. Since then we have researched the FD&C Act sections referenced and found that Sections 404 and 505 have been codified at 21 USC Sections 344 and 355 respectively. We would have no problem signing this guaranty. If you still need a signed document or documents send us one for the applicable products and we will sign and return.
