(4/11) Arlene, on Tri cia's behalf, and on backgroud, please: From publically available information, RE-Powering America's Land tracks renewable energy installations developed on formerly contaminated lands, landfills and mine sites on its Tracking Matrix (https://www.epa.gov/re-powering/repowering-tracking-matrix) which includes a table listing the various projects. There is a "Former Use Description" field in that table that will help you identify those projects that were built on MSW landfills. Also, the Superfund program has some information on alternative energy reuse that can be found at https://www.epa.gov/superfund-redevelopment-initiative/alternative-energy-superfund-sites.
