Merger into National Lead Company In response to your question concerning the 27 tax returns covering the years 1950-1976 received from the State of Pennsylvania, I was advised that only one form representing a composite of the subject years is required of a dormant corporation. Please complete a single return for 1950-1976 and prominently title it "Composite Tax Return." A skeleton affidavit must be included with the return. The affidavit must state that the company had no pro perty or assets during the period in question. Please check to be.certain that such a statement would be factually correct for John T. Lewis. Upon receiving the form affidavit from Pennsylavania, I will have it executed, providing Lewis has not held property or assets since 1950, and forward it to you for inclusion with the return. Additionally, a minimum filing fee of $166 must be attached to the return.
