Love, III, and also came Petitioner, Greenpeace, U.S.A., by counsel, Calwell, McCormick & Peyton and W. Stuart Calwell, for hearing on the Petition of Greenpeace, U.S.A. modify a prior order of the Court and to unseal certain records and documents in this action. It appearing to the Court that on May 5, 1983, a Pro tective Order was entered herein sealing, among other things, depositions of certain persons taken in this action. It further appearing to the Court from inspection of the petition and memorandum in support thereof filed herein by Greenpeace, U.S.A., hearing the representations of counsel, and there being no objection by defendant, Monsanto Company, it is accordingly ORDERED that: 1. The provisions of the Protective Order entered herein be and the same hereby are relaxed as to all discovery r. depositions, with exhibits, of Dr. Raymond Suskind, Dr. Judith Zack and Monsanto Company employee, Janet Young. 2. In all other respects, the Protective Order entered herein May 5, 1983 remains in full force and effect. 2. The Clerk is directed to mail certified copies of this Order to counsel of record herein.
