Honorable Administrator Pruitt, The Idaho Chapter of the Pacific Northwest Section (PNWIS) of the Air and Waste Management Association (A&WMA) would like you to be the Plenary Speaker for the regional conference to be held in Boise, Idaho this fall. The conference will be November 1-3 at the Riverside Inn in Boise. I am aware that the national A&WMA has invited you to our annual convention in Pittsburgh in June. However, since few of us would be able to travel to that event we would appreciate hearing from you of EPA's 17cv1906 Sierra Club v. Of course having the EPA Region 10 Administrator, if they are appointed, speak to us on your behalf would also be appreciated. As background, the mission of A&WMA PNWIS is to assist in the professional development and critical environmental decision-making of our members to benefit society.
