5. Reviewed agenda for vinyl chloride regulation review meeting scheduled for 9/17/80 with EPA and EPA's contractor TRW,
6. Highlighted key differences between Federal RCRA Hazardous Waste Regulation and proposed NJDEP Hazardous Waste Regulation, Comments are being prepared opposing these differences.
7. Reviewed complaint and unusual discharge procedure. Procedure will be re-issued with updated manufacturing area check sheets. It was Emphasised that complaint investigation check sheets should be completed and returned to the lab by the end of the shift under all circumstances.
8. Reviewed NJDEP-Bureau of Air Pollution, Subchapter 12-Rrevention
and Control of Air Pollution Emergencies. Subchapter 3.2 revisions will be made in light of expanded. PVC capacity.
