McPhail 0-12 2PD SS-18 SS-9 0-6 0-6 The 1st Quarter Safety & Housekeeping Inspection for Dept. 53 was conducted by the inspection team of R. L. Hammond, Don Lonsford, George Orum, Thurman Payne, and Rick Sharp on January 24. The department was given a "good" rating. Safety 1. Hoses have not been inspected. 2. Department had not received its 1985 safety kick-off. Scheduled for later in week. 3. Board operator was very positive about her job and its safety. 4. The identification and condition of breakers taken out of service in the H. C. Room should be checked. 5. Latch on 5 minute escape mask storage box on 3rd deck of reaction structure needs to be replaced. Presently held together by a cover goggle strap. Housekeeping 1. Broken pipe on north side of the 2nd deck of the reaction structure needs to be removed. 2. Oil on pad from leaking valves. 3. Removable insulation in upper structure needs to be redone or put back on after removal. 4. General housekeeping good.
