I assume from this that Mr. McGraw will not be taking an active part in the Association's affairs. As you probably know, he was reelected to the Board of Directors of LIA at our meeting on April 5 and 6, 1971. Mr. McGraw is also the Official Representative of Eagle-Picher on the LIA rolls and is on many of our member mailing lists. I also note that Mr. Jefferson W. Hudson will be the Division Manager of the Chemicals and Metals Division. This leads me to the question, do I replace Mr. McGraw with Mr. Hudson's name as the Official Representative of Eagle-Picher and similarly on our other mailing lists? Also, will Mr. McGraw continue to serve on the LIA Board. Your advice would be appreciated. I would like very much to drop Mr. McGraw a personal note and ask you to send me his new address.
