This meeting will be held at the Terrace Hilton Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio, beginning at 8:30 A.M. on June 6 and ending at 12:00 noon on June 7, 1966. We also wish to invite any members of your Management who desire to attend. It is probable that members of B.F.Goodrich Management will be in attendance. Dr. George Roush, Jr. and other members of the Kettering Laboratory Staff who have been assisting our Medical Department in conducting these studies, will attend this meeting. This is the principal reason for holding the meeting in Cincinnati. We are extending a similar Invitation to Dr. M.J.Lefevre of Solvay (* Cie, Brussels, Belgium, Dr. M.K.Harris of Imperial Chemical Industries, Ltd., Hertfordshire, England, Dr. W.G.Duncan Murray, Distillers Company, Ltd., London, England, and Dr. John J. Welsh of Union Carbide Company, New York City. Because of this, we feel that It would be advantageous 1 your investigations were completed so that you could present them at this meeting. It would be desirable for you to forward x-rays of all of your positive cases to Dr. George Roush, Jr., Ketter ing Laboratory, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio, well in advance of the meeting, for review. You should advise me as early as possible as to the time of your arrival and the number of persons coming to the meeting from your Company so that proper hotel reservations can be mode.
