PCB 71-358 EPA v. Aluminum Coil Anodizing Corp. An enforcement action alleging certain acts of air pollution by the company at its Fox River Grove plant. A hearing is mandatory. PCB 71-359 Decatur Memorial Hospital v. EPA Petitioner seeks a variance to operate* a coal burning boiler which has emitted smoke in excess of regulations. No hearing was set pending comment by the EPA. PCB 71-360 Village of Orion v. EPA Petitioner seeks extension of compliance date to water quality standards until April 1, 1973. A Hearing was authorized. PCB 71-361 Glenn Younkers d/b/a Younkers Mobile Home Park v. EPA Petitioner seeks a variance to continue to operate their pres- ent waste water facility for one year, said facility having been found lacking by the EPA. Petitioner contends that the Village of Blue Mound, in which the Park is located, is planning construction of a new public treatment facility to which the Park could connect in 1973. A hearing was authorized. On November 23, the Board considered the following new cases: PCB 71-362 The New Jersey Zinc Company v. EPA Petitioner seeks a variance to operate a sulphuric acid and diammonium phosphate plant at De Pue, Illinois, with emissions in excess of Proposed Rules and Regulations establishing SO2 emission standards. A hearing was authorized. PCB 71-363 Vance Venable v. EPA Petitioner seeks a variance from the NSSD sewer connection ban to allow connection of his home to the Zion, Illinois, sewage system. No hearing was set pending further information. PCB 71-364 EPA v. Village of Augusta and Dennis Chicken Products Co. Enforcement action alleging various acts of water pollution in Augusta. A hearing is mandatory.
