I have forwarded copies of these papers to Tucson Electric Power's (TEP) Legal Department and have discussed them with the manager thereof, Mr. Steven Glaser. Mr. Glaser informed me yesterday that notwithstanding the success that Nevada Power Company is having in the Ninth Circuit, TEP has no interest in initiating litigation against Monsanto Company or any other corporation responsible for manufacturing or distributing electrical generating equipment containing PCB's.
