Hannah's topic concerned building scaffolds to reach three diverter valves on the east side of the 35F structure. Eight or more sections have to be erected to reach the valves and it requires four carpenters a con siderable length of time. I understand that instrument personnel are concerned about their safety in having to use the scaffolding to work on the valves. There is a platform, reached by a stair, 15 or 20 feet from the valves, on the north side of the structure.
