Section 1910.106 paraqraph (E) (2) (IV) (D) reads:
'Flammable or combustible liquids shall be drawn from or transferred into vessels, containers, or portable tanks within a buildinq only throuqh a closed piping system from safety cans, by means of a device drawinq throuqh the top, cr from a container or portable tanks by qravity throuah ar. aoproved self-closinc valve. Transferring by means of air oressure on the container or portable tanks shall be crohibited."
We were insoected by OSHA on 8-14-75, from which we received a citation recardinq violation of the above on our bond line. This citation must be abated by 3-1-76. Failure to abate nay -r.cur an additional penalty of up to SI,000 for each day the violation continues.
7, therefore, recommend that this CEA by aporoved as soon as possible.

Purchase one (1) adhesives pumpinq system, complete with fcllower plate from the Aro Corporation to transfer bondincr c^-er.t from portable 55 gallon drums to stationary pressure

Dear Mr. Staszak:
We have checked with your supplier and they informed us the Pliobond is closer to 50,000 than 35,000 CPS. They felt this type of material should be pumped with an inductor plate, direct to the dispensing unit. In view of this, we don't feel the 5:1 rate pump will fill your pressure pots at an adequate rate.
We are however quoting the system as you requested, also a larger pump sjEtem.
