Topic: Conflict of Interest (Ben Scaggs, Mark Bisgeier) Conflict of Interest Language for Steering Committee Consideration: In previous iterations of Council membership we requested and received a statement from each Council member (or a representative authorized on behalf of the member) certifying that the member had no personal conflict of interest with respect to Council projects - e.g., land holdings or other interests that could affect or be affected by any project. We would like to update these certifications for the new members, with a statement from each member (i.e., the principal) to the effect that: "This confirms that I have no personal conflict of interest in connection with any RESTORE Council project, program or activity set forth in or arising out of (a) Category 1 or Category 2 of the Council's current Funded Priority List (FPL), (b) the current Commitment and Planning Support FPL, or (c) with respect to a State member, that member's State Expenditure Plan or (if any) Planning State Expenditure Plan."
