You will find attached a copy of the findings from the SHARE inspection held September 3, 1987. Thank you for the cooperation of your staff and hourly folke in making the audit meaningful.
The program goals are that the following items be satisfied by your department:
1. All deficiencies must be addressed within ninety (90) days of the inspection; and
2. An update is sent to the SHARE coordinator and your APM each thirty (30) days after the inspection until completion. You can use a copy of this report and the spaces below in summarizing your completion progress.
