These forms are the only record of the plant work place VCM concentrations and therefore must be usable to detect changes in conditions and make comparisons between plants. The en closed revisions contain changes which I believe would make the forms more useful. I would appreciate your comments and suggestions. I would like to have these printed in 3 or 4 part carbonless sets using colored paper. They should be filled out by hand and signed by the responsible in dividuals. Lake Charles would supply the r- along with the charcoal tubes. The plants would record all samples taken 1.. u month's program on one form and return it and the tubes to Lake Charles. The idea is to avoid Xerox copies. In order to make the data comparable across all extrusion plants, the same job assignment terms should be used.
