McKee Valley Forge Plant Date 10/21/68 wee wonrww Here is the latest information on Amosite We have placed an order with North American Asbestos for immediate shipment from South Africa - 80 tons SS 33/65 which will be in addition to the 25 tons to be picked up at their Philadelphia warehouse There is a lot of W - 40 tons to be loaded in South Africa within the next few days We are trying for another lot of 40 tons W to be shipped as soon as possible however N.A.A.C. cannot promise us anything at this time The two 2 bags of RK marked for your attention should be in Valley Forge very shortly If RK can be blended we will try to get 40 tons for arrival here prior to December 15th at which time the docks will in all probability be closed down According to my calculations by November 1st you should have in stock 103 tons Forty 40 tons is due to dock in Philadelphia about November 3rd which November requirements leaving the 103 should fill your tons on hand as of December 1st ic ic The shipment being loaded within the next few days should arrive prior December 1st and this should increase your inventory 143 tons which coupled with the 80 tons and 25 tons of SS 33/65 should leave you an inventory of approxi- mately 200 tons as of December 31st roughly a 4-5 month inventory - continued - KEENE Baldwin - Ehret - Hill AC Page -2- R.
