Dissolved oxygen readings recorded during thetestarepresentedintabular and graphical formsin AppeTannddII,irespcecteivesly. Thetemperaturerangerecordedtheday ofthetestwas 19-21C and was withinthelimitsspecifiedinthetestguideline.Themeasuredtotalsuspended solids(TSS)concentratainond pHofthesludgeonthe dayoftestingwas4380mg/Land7.87, respectively. The respiration rates inthe two controlswere 39.6 and41.1mgO/L/hr,or adifference of 3.7%. The `validityofthetest was further supported by the results from the 3,5-dichlorophenol reference group, which resultedinanECS0of9.0mg/L.The ECS0waswithinthe to 30mg/Lrange consideredacceptableforthe test. `The95%confidencelimitsfortheEC50 were6.9and 11.4 mg/L. 000879 WILDLIFE INTERNATIONAL LTD.
