II. RESPIRATORY PROTECTION Jerry Halford, of Respiratory Protection Services, Inc., conducted makeup, respirator face-fit testing of three employees. Annual respirator training was completed.
III. VENTILATION The fourth quarter check of the lab ventilation hoods was conducted. No abnormalities were found.
