I am still working on finding a suitable time for a call. It would also help me if you could give me a heads up on what the few remaining items on which we may differ are. It will allow me to give some serious thought to those issues in advance and to be prepared to address them. The issues which I believe we need to address are those set out in my cover letter to you last night, for example, the type and amount of desired insurance (paragraph 7 of the agreement) and the scope of the work authorized by APIBHRC (paragraph 3 of the agreement). As to the latter, I don't believe there is a document which describes the work authorized on January 1, 2007 and it would be beneficial to all of us to have a clear understanding on that subject.
