Pfannenstiel of the Bureau of Air Pollution Control, New Jersey State Department of Environmental Protection Division visited our Terminal to inspect our Vinyl Chloride facilities. Prior to visiting our plant, the gentlemen has inspected B. F. Goodrich, Pantasote, Hooker Chemical Companies and while at these locations had received information indicating that our Terminal was the supplier of Vinyl Chloride. I gave them a resume of our Terminal's history as to the reason it was erected, how we receive and redelivery Vinyl Chloride and the changes we made to date to insure as tight an operation as possible. Mr. Sanvito is pretty well versed in the handling of Vinyl Chloride and needless to say, all pertinent questions relative to this product handling were asked by him. I introduced Paul Parchinski to both of the inspectors and Paul took them on a tour of the Terminal to fully inspect the Vinyl Chloride operations. I met with them after the in spection and they related that they were quite impressed with our handling procedure and thought it was the best that they have inspected to date. They requested, that I furnish to them some pictures of our truck loading operation for inclusion with the report that they must make to the State Commissioner.
