LONG FROM: JON BELISLE 201-1S Livers from the rats surviving the IRDC 90-day sub-acute rat toxicity study (reference 137-089) were received for analysis of FC-143. RAT DOSE (ppm) 143 in liver 143 in liver ug PPm_____ Male (73574) Male (73593) 30 300 96 275 & 22 r- o Female (73579) 30 0.3 Female (73598) 300 1.6 0.3 stimated, rat liver not weighed DISCUSSION The analysis was done on an individual whole rat liver. The results between male and female would be astonishing if it were not for the fact that the serum had been previously analyzed and reported to you (3-20-78). More samples could be analyzed if necessary but the above values are reasonably consistent with the serum values; the male rat accumulates approximately 100 times more FC-143 than the female rat.
