Wright OLEFINS/AROMATICS PLANT MATERIAL WAREHOUSE We request the Technical Department prepare an AFE to seal off the present insulation material in the 0/A warehouse. We had included this item in the proposed 1980 capital budget but based on W. D. Mitterlehner's letter of June 13, 1979, regarding the insulation material, the need to replace or cover the insulation is of a more Inmediate nature. For this reason, v/e request the AFE be prepared and the work be done as soon as possible. Since this AFE is relative to meeting an OSHA standard, we suggest the Technical Department work with the Safety Group to develop the justification for the project. ARS/rjm A. R. Sassin 183927 002261
